Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

LIVE TO ADORN does not allow returns of jewelry or other body/hair adornments. These products are final sale.

Other items: If returning, clothing or home decor, the items must returned in their original condition. They must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return. All returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and immaculate items returned in original packaging. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. LIVE TO ADORN only offers store credit, no refunds. Returns may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to be processed.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange clothing or a home goods item from your order, simply return the original item for a store credit and place a new order.

WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by emailing support@livetoadorn.com. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 48 hours after the purchase to exchange or get a replacement. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Simply ship the clothing and/or home good items you wish to return back to us within 14 days of receipt. 1. Fill out your returned items on the invoice. 2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box. 3. Reach out to support@livetoadorn.com for return address. Order # ___________ Please note, all international shipping fees with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Any duties and taxes paid are also nonrefundable. LIVE TO ADORN is not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.
